What Causes Sudden Pulsating Sensation On Right Chest Area?

I (male 65 years old in good health) am having pulsations (like my cell phone is in my shirt pocket on vibrate) in the area of my right breast. It is not painful and comes and goes typically last a few seconds. No real timing of when and how many..? should I be concerned or is this some kind of muscle / nerve spasm??

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden pulsating sensation on right chest area . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like atrial fibrillation , panic attack , anxiety disorder , aortic aneurysm and heart rhythm disorder . Sometimes nerve compression or muscle spasm can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , complete blood profile and nerve conduction test . Doctor may prescribe sedative , muscle relaxant or may refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle problem .
