Hi welcome to HCM.
Blood pressure fluctuations in your case is due to inadequate sleep.Lack of sleep can cause serious distress on heart. Its essential to have an adequate sleep for 6-8 hrs/day.In case of sleep onset difficulty ,sedative hypnotics are of immense value when used for short period of time.Stress management and regular physical exercise can help to improve sleep pattern. These blood pressure changes will revert to normalcy once good sleep is restored.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
