What Causes Sudden Rise In BP While On Thyroid Medication?

I have been on Levothyroxin for 42 years. I am 63 years old. I have always been hypothyroid and recently developed hdaysyperthyroidism. I have experienced an ongoing thyroid storm...per ER diagnosis. My TSH has been 0.06 with a Free T4 of 1.8. This was on Dec. 12, 2014. I can only stay on .75, .50 etc for 1 week and my BP goes crazy...176/92 this morning. I am on Coreg beta-blocker to no avail. I have not taken any Levothyroxin in 4 days, yet I have a base temp of 98.2 and am extremely thirsty. I felt something pop in my thyroid area shortly before this madness started. Could it have been a nodule? What should I do?? I need answers!!

your drug dose is to be controlled and regulated asper hormone level. consult endocrinologist. if requer you can go for surgery.
