What Causes Sudden Rise In Heart Rate?

I have been checking my blood pressure for around 2 week now, and have been on a low blood pressure medication. My blood pressure has still been mostly 145/89. but heart rate has been good. Just today I felt like my heart was coming out of my skin. Blood pressure was 115/73 which is good but know my heart rate is 113. Since I have been checking, my heart rate has never been over 89. Feeling a little worried `

Dear,
Increased heart rate or tachycardia is a common findings it may associated with any underling pathology or may be purely a normal phenomenon.
Rhythm is rather more important than rate so if u ever feel irregular rhythm than u should be worried and go for an EKG at the earliest.
