General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the nausea in child following panic is very obvious from raised secretions of adrenaline and other stress hormones. My recommendations as below:
- Take her to home with due explanation
- Give her liquids in sessions in form of oral rehydration salt, coconut water
- Syrup Ondansetron if nausea is persistent
- Allow her to sleep for a couple of hours

Measure pulse rate after a period of sleep and then consult back online for further guidelines if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
