General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern.

One of the possible causes can be Meniere disease which is an issue of the middle ear.

I suggest to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest to use Betahistine Hydrochloride to control the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
