What Causes Sudden Severe Pain In Back And At The Bottom Of Rib Cage?

How do I know you are a REAL doctor online, cause I can t waste time? Male, 42, been fine, relaxing the last 2 days. Then all of the sudden severe mid back pain on left side right at bottom of rib cage? I believe I know but would like another opinion. Not running fever. Skin looks and feels OK. Help Going to hospital not an option unless he feels its time. Thank Wait. I have to pay for advice? Getting as bad as lawyers, if I could pay I would be at HOSPITAL!!!!

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be due to some spinal disk compression and it may happens when you change the position or posture or lift the weight in uneven manner, this could be the most likely possibility could be thought else clinical condition is must with investigations, (It is like wise a "vice a versa" how we could know that you are a real patient, healthy person could ask the same question, but authentic answer doctor can only post) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
