What Causes Sudden Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I just sneezed and had a very sudden, sharp pain in my very lower left abdomen. This has happened a couple times before, but not recently. I just wanted to know if this is something I should watch, or if it is probably muscle straight (I started running 5 days ago).

Hi,
It seems to be muscular sprain and may improve with OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxants like tizanidine or orphenidine. Local application of capciasin gels may also be helpful. However if pain worsens an ultrasound abdomen and local examination may be needed by your primary care physician.
