What Causes Sudden Shivering Followed By Fever?
my mother is 67, yesterday night she had got shivering for half an hour and suddenly got fever...but today morning she is feeling better with tablets...but i want to know what is that leads to such severe shivering ? please reply she often having stomach ache but not that severe

Shivering usually occus due to fever or any infection like urinary tract infection, or malaria, her case seems to be like a uti, better gonfor urine routine, to find any puscells or urine culture.
