What Causes Sudden Sore And Tender Lump On The Upper Forearm?
sudden sore and tender lump ( 1inch diameter) appeared on upper forearm over night; there are no spider bite symptoms. and no other symptoms other than sore to move arm and slightly hot to the touch; cold and hot compress in revolving hours of each other do not seem to alleviate problem going on now for 48 hours and i am concerned as never had this before

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden onset of swelling then it may be due to insect bite or it may be due to infection in either case wait for some time and clinical examination is must till then Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day can be tried hope this information helps.
