While walking in the park yesterday afternoon I felt a sudden intense stinging sensation in the corner of my right eye (on the skin). It worsened and traveled up through to my eyebrow and down along my nose and under my eye. The pain was so intense that I had to sit down. It lasted about 5 minutes and then dulled. It returned 3 more times over the next hour. My husband could see bulging veins in my forehead which are never normally visible. The symptoms are exactly what sufferers of aereosinitus describe but I'm concerned because I haven't flown in 6 months
