Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is either hygiene problem or friction
injury or excessive use .
Following are the cause of your problem
1. Hygiene problem
2. Balanitis
3. skin sensitivity or
allergy to soap or lubrication
3. overuse - as in too frequent, too long or too rough sexual activity
4. Fungal infection: in warm environment
Take following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2.Use aqueous cream and use it as body-wash cream
3. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath
4. Do not use powders when washing your underpants
5. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Use Man 1 Man Oil-that contain
vitamins, minerals and shea butter- it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
7. Apply anti fungal
clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved.
If not resolved
Consult the deramatologist.
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
