What Causes Sudden Swelling Of Toes In Right Foot?

The three middle toes on my right foot have suddenly become inflamed and swollen during the day. They are tender and warm to touch. When flexing them, the skin feels tight. First I thought maybe i had gotten flea bites on them, which caused them to swell, but they dont itch, which makes me think its not athletes foot either.

I really appreciate your concern, there could be some lesion around the toes which might caused the swelling and it could be some infection, it need to be found till then anti-inflammatory drug can be tried and best would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
