What Causes Sudden Swollen Feet And Red Blotches?
I m a 50,year old female smoker all of a sudden my feet have started swelling there is red blotches along the tops of my feet that look like a rash but a closer look they are tiny blood vessels also discoloraton along the edge of my feet that almost like my feet are dirty. No pain except for a cramp in my right calf of my leg like a Charlie horse

I really appreciate your concern, such appearance of leg could be nonspecific and if this does not have any symptoms then it need not be worried, I would advise you to keep the leg in elevated position this would reduce the appearance what ever it may be there, hope this information help, take care and have a nice day.
