What Causes Sudden Temperature Change N The Hands And Feet?

My body temperature will b just fine, then like yesterday and couple times before, all the sudden I was freezing so bad my hands and feet and my whole body was so cold my teeth was chattering, I couldn t warm up, I put a sweat shirt on and sweat pants got under a comforter, took about an hour befor I started to warm up again, what causes me to do that ?

Such condition is very likely prior to rise the body temperature and this happens because of the infection, functional condition, nonspecifically, and may followed by fever or may not, watch for the next clinical condition, take care.
