this morning i woke up and then i lost my eyesight then i fell down but when i couldn t see i thought i was still standing when i got my eyesight back i had this sharp pain in my stomach and i wanted to puck and i was to weak to get up whats happening to me

I really appreciate your concern, this is very common phenomenon happens if you woke up suddenly from the sleep without fully alert or some time it could be due to orthostatic hypotension, actually this is nothing to worry, but it should not be happens on and often if this is so then it may need some investigations like ECHO, EKG, CT else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
