What Causes Sudden Tightness In The Chest, Persisting For Some Time?

After a stressful work day ending at 8 pm I came home ate a light dinner and sat and watched tv. About 1 1/2 hrs after eating I am having a pressure feeling in my chest right side anout 6 inches from my collar bone. It is persistant but not getting better or worse but I am concerned

'Pressure feeling' can be due to gas in food pipe or upper stomach, increase in blood pressure or due to heart. Take a good acid suppressant and check BP--if no improvement--get an ECG.--regards
