What Causes Sudden Unusual Movements In Stomach?

Hi I m quite concerned with myself as I ve been experiencing strong movement in my tummy it feels like there s a baby moving around I feel kicking on both sides of my tummy and I even get sore in my mid riff area as if something is pushing that part of my tummy out. I need answers it s scaring me I ve never experienced this before in my life . Would it because I m now thirty nine years of age?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden unusual movements in stomach. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like indigestion , gastritis , gas and constipation . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , stool test or take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , omeprazole , ornidazole along with antacid . For now drink warm water , avoid eating spicy and heavy food , avoid eating diary product and take light walk .
