I am one who has never had a problem sleeping and rarely snore. I have never been big into cuddling while I sleep accept when initially falling asleep. For the past 10 months or so my behavior when I sleep is strange to say the least. For a month I was violent in my sleep; kicking and punching my husband, I then go to defense mode of not wanting to be touched at all, and now I am dreaming of sex and acting it out but not remembering it and when my husband goes to touch me after I have been touching him I get mean. Why do i do this in my sleep?
