What Causes Sudden Vomiting Followed By Fainting?

I experienced an episode at a restaurant Sat. night where I projectile vomited (twice) passed out, and didn t remember anything that happened. My friends called 911 and the emt s were there within minutes.my friend felt I had a small stroke (tia). I had taken my second MolecuSlim pill the day before. Could this have been a side effect?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Molecuslim pill is known to work for the fast slimming programme. It is also known to cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness & fainting.

It may give you the sudden &unusual fainting attack. You better be careful.

I feel it's better to adopt a changed lifestyle with altered diet, exercise, rest with regularity(either a. expert guidance) &attain ideal weight slowly but steadily to maintain its lifelong.

Rather than going for instant &hazardous weight loss.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
