What Causes Sudden Weakness In The Arms?
I was sorting some tools in the ngarage and I felt a sudden weakness in both my arms. my chest felt funny, no pain a little diofficulty breathin g but nnot sure if that was because I was somewhat panicking about the numbness. I had been working about 6hrs and sorting tools and moving them aroun d. the wekness was almost like after a stinger after a hit in football where the arm goes numb and there is difficulty grasping things.

According to your complaints, it may be due to the neurotic or metabolic problem. Age and your work is important here. Anyhow, first exclude diabetes by doing OGTT oral Glucose Tolerance Test for confirmation.
It can do by any reputed lab. Tab Pregabalin and methyl cobalamine will give good relief. Consult neurologist once for the second opinion.
