What Causes Sudden Weight Gain Along With Stomach Bloating?

I have gained over 60 pounds in the last year period mainly in my stomach which I never had before. I have 6 to 8 bowel movements a day mostly loose. I don t understand the rapid weight gain. I am following the Weight Watchers diet and don t know the cause of my constant bloating and diarrhea

Hello, Thanks for the query.
If there is unexplained weight gain, please do a your thyroid function test. Because if TSH levels are high (indicating hypothyroidism), weight gain is a possibility. Also do regular exercise for over an hour every day, along with restricted diet. Thanks.
