What Causes Sudden Weight Gain In A Diabetic With Klinefelter Syndrome?

Im type 2 Diabetic, insulin controlled to A1C of 7.3 in April ( was 12.7 ) last summer. Lately been adding weight up 30 lbs in 6 months, sugar numbers up from 150s to avg 220s in morning, 180 before dinner. Dose with 40 units morning and dinner Novolin 70/30. Fat around stomach has gone from almost nothing to a lot. Also have Klinefelter syndrome, take 200mg testosterone every 2 weeks, low thyroid take 25 mcg Levothyroxine a day. Im concerned....I work 40 hrs a week on my feet, walk 2 miles a day and lift up to 50lbs at times.
