Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Over the last month I have had a sudden drop in weight (10 lbs), increase in the intensity of night sweats (to the point I am soaking my mattress), and the worse issue is the headaches and dizziness. I feel like the inside of my head is spinning. I am nauseous and for some reason seem to have an increase in gas. I have been on tamoxifen for 5 years and lexapro for 3 years. I have had headaches since I stated the medications but they have never been this severe and the dizziness is new.
