What Causes Suffocation Along With Nausea During Pregnancy?
i am from Pakistan and 9 weeks pregnant. I feel extreme suffocation and cant eat something. It feels that i cry loudly due to suffocation and feel if there is gastric trouble. I am taking gastric syrups too but could not get better. I cant eat something and feels nausia. Please guide

you are in first trimester of pregnancy and thus symptoms of morning sickness are more expected because of high B-HCG levels , I can suggest you to take combination of doxylamine plus pyridoxine to control your symptoms, that suffocation feeling also because of nausea only
