What Causes Sunken Eyes And Face With Weight Gain?

My son is in prision and his face is sunken in his ankle . he is gaining weight but we dont understand why his eyes and face are sunken in we dont know what could be wrong with him they did blood test and said everything is ok.He is only 26 years old and we are worryed what could be wrong with him.

When there is everything or tests ( as in blood ) are normal and in spite of this he is gaining weight and his eyes are sunken and dark spots around ( may be ) .
All these symptoms may be due to .
1 Drug addiction , so please be careful as atmosphere is against your son ( due to circumstances) so take your son into confidence and get complete information.
2 Tension or anxiety are other most probable reason because in drug addiction and in tension person eats more and more ( reason of weight gain).
In these both condition consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion and counselling.
