What Causes Swallowing Difficulty, Enlarged Glands, Painful Cough, Hoarseness And Loss Of Voice?
my symptoms are difficulty swallowing at times, side of neck on both sides sensitive to touch, seems like enlarged glands, sometimes have a very throaty cough that is painful, sometimes my voice gets hoarse and its hard to project my voice. Any thoughts on what this could be? What kind of doctor should I see?
As you have pain after long standing, so it may be due to exertion or sprain. You can take tablet Diclofenac and Diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Avoid long standing work. If you have burning micturation, then rule out renal stone pain. Keep your self-hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
