General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These symptoms may be linked or related to separate problems, may not be linked to the liver or kidney at all. Itching in response to the use of certain foods implies an allergy. Other causes of itching are infection (Eg: fungal infection). In some persons, it may be related to the liver but this is rare and there are other liver signs/symptoms such as pain , change in color of the stool. Your blood count and thyroid should be checked re the fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
