What Causes Sweating Followed By Fainting After A Bowel Movement?

I was sitting on the toilet and I had a bad bowel movement. So bad I was sweating and I got weak and fell off of the toilet and blacked out. Don t know how long I was out but when I woke up I bruised my eye, inside of my mouth (lip) and under my nose right above my lip. I fell so hard my neck and back ache now. What could have caused this?

hi sir/mam,what you experienced was a syncopal attack.most important cause is partial occlusion of blood supply to brain.this might be a TRANSIENT ISCHEMIC ATTACK(TIA).precipitating factors for TIA are old age, diabetes mellitus, unctrolled hypertension, obesity.we,in our hospital,go for an MRI Brain to point out diagnosis i.e; if any brain infarct or thrombus is present.it is not to be delayed as treatment when given as early as possible, can recover the patient without residual effects.another important cause to be ruled out is any EMBOLIC STROKE i.e;a thrombus anywhere can get lodged in brain vessels thus occluding blood supply.most commonly, the embolus arises from heart.so,cardiac evaluation is also essential.kindly go for a neurophysician consultation as soon as possible.i again insist to make it fast as many events like complete stroke can be prevented.hope i'm clear in my advise.any help from my side, please do not hesitate to write.its my pleasure to guide and assist you.thank you.take care.bye.
