two days ago my palms and the soles of my feet started sweating , and they havent stopped yet ! this is the first time and my life i can remember this happening to me, i am a 47 year old black male . medical conditions has been pretty much o.k. thanks Jeff

Its most likely nervous system changes that might have happened.Any kind of stress can do such changes though consult a neurophysion so that you can sought out better.
