I have a physically demanding job, and work outside (in Florida), all day. I sweat pretty much 7 of the 8 hours I work a day. I drink lots of water and a sports drink during the day. I also have fruit for all my snacks. I no longer eat chips, drink soda, or eat junk food. I am also on a prescription of Hydrochlorizide. (25MG). (1 per day)....Should I being taking it daily, based on the amount in which I sweat all day, or seek a different approach? My BP has been 125-130/ 82-91, on average. A little higher, if I do not take the pill. I worry about dehydration, of course.
