What Causes Sweaty Palms During Pregnancy?

I m 27 weeks pregnant 5 pregnancy but this will be my 4th baby. I have extremely sweaty palms and keep getting a prickly feeling like when u get goose bumps but there aren t any goose bumps. Should I be worried or is this just another pregnancy thing.

this is not related to pregnancy may be having neurological problem so take tab neurobion forte for one month can apply vesline lotion in your palm. inform doctor during antenatal checkup.
