Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

Supraclavicular Bulging on exertion is mostly seen with bronchitis. Since, you were chronic smoker; possibility of bronchitis is more likely.

Your chest tightness and dull chest pain are also seen with bronchitis. So, it is better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).

You are may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
