Small lumps on face that are red and itchy can be most probably due to causes like staphylococcus bacteria infection causing Impetigo while can also be due to Contact Dermatitis that is allergic reaction caused by any skin cosmetic, soap detergent while an also be an allergy to any food.. You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood test can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. As of now you can take antihistamines like Levocetrizine to reduce itching.. You can also do cool compresses on face.. You can apply Calamine lotion to sooth the skin..
