Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Infected foot in a diabetic needs utmost care. Warmth and change of color indicate progressing infection which needs immediate assessment of blood circulation and perfusion along with proper wound care. Consult a surgeon and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vaddadi Suresh
