General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of burning, tingling & swelling of hands-feet & you are having difficulty in walking, You are only 38, you should get physically examined & get Thyroid Function Tests done, CBC, Urinalysis, Imaging tests done. You should also get Nerve function tests, nerve biopsy if required done.

Peripheral Neuropathy & Thyroid dysfunction commonly presents with such symptoms. Get evaluated, get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
