What Causes Swelling And Burning Sensation On The Clitoris Along With Itching?
Above my clitoris I ve been experiencing a burning itchy pain as well as being a bit swollen. There also seems to be a bump of some sort and looks lighter then the rest of my skin in that area(not sure if it s just my scar from where I tore with my son being swollen or not). I m also 32 weeks pregnant.

Burning and itching sensation in the clitoris is suggestive of infection in the clitoris and surrounding region.
I suggest you to get routine urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
In case there is evidence of infection, an urine culture and drug sensitivity should follow.
These investigations will identify the causative agent and most appropriate antibiotic for the urine infection.
The antibiotic should be started after consultation with your gynecologist because caution needs to be exercised while taking antibiotics during pregnancy.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. It is better to confirm it by visual examination and swab by your Gyanecologist. Using Clotrimazole cream ( monistat ) for local application will be helpful for this. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using intimate wash daily is also good.
