What Causes Swelling And Clear Discharge From The Penis?

I strain using the bathroom (poop) and I noticed my penis be mashed against the toilet seat. Does that put a strain on my penis to where it swells and a clear discharge come out sometime. But it goes back down (penis head) shortly after I start my day off

Low grade bacterial infection or cellulitis must be evaluated for the currently narrated symptoms.

Clinical examination with a consultant surgeon is mandatory here for better insight and care ahead as
- prescription of antibiotics as Penicillin, Cephalosporin or else
- sterile dressing
- maintenance of hydration with plenty of liquids
- prophylactic anti fungal medications
- avoidance of sex (if active)
