What Causes Swelling And Dicolouration Of Elbow?

I have experienced more than one instant of blunt force to my elbow in the last six months. I now feel small pieces (bone, I guess) moving around in my elbow. The last instance was about a week ago, and since then my elbow has been discolored (purple, like a bruise). There is some swelling and it is very tender. What is wrong with it, and what can I do to help it heal?

this is a bruise formation due to trauma. and that is causing the pain.
you should take some NSAID tablet for pain.
trypsin chymotrypsin combination for the swelling.
take an xray of the elbow region if there is any abnormality consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
