What Causes Swelling And Dryness In Legs, Arms And Feet Along With Itching?

Recently I ve experienced a lot of swelling. Along with it has come really dry skin of my legs,arms and feet. I m also experiencingredients extremely itchy skin all over my body. What can cause this? What can I treat it with? I m taking benadryl and using calamine lotion. Please help.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swelling and dryness in legs, arms and feet along with itching. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like psoriasis , eczema , scabies , diabetes or allergic reaction .Sometimes side effets of certain drugs or food allergy can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to drink plenty of water , take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl , avoid food like nuts and sea food . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test or take history . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist for allergy problem . Doctor may also give adrenaline short in severe case.
