What Causes Swelling And Feel Of Heart Pulsations In Armpits And Feet?

My six-year-old has been complaining of an unusual feeling in both armpits, and tonight, has shared that she has been feeling a pulsing similar to a heartbeat under both armpits. The pits are both swollen, but no infection can be found. This has gotten worse for her as she cannot sleep well. It comes only at nights. She also feels the same sensation in both feet. She has also had terribly bad breath for several weeks. We are really worried. Any help would be appreciated.

Pulsating feeling similar to heart beat in the armpits is suggestive of pulsating blood vessel in the armpit.
Associated swelling is suggestive of some kind of infectious process.
Bad breath can occur due to some problem related to gums or caries of teeth.
Thus, you need to consult a dentist for clinical assessment of both teeth and gums.
Swelling and pulsating sensation of both feet is also suggestive of some infectious process.
However, a clinical assessment of armpits and feet is required to make a diagnosis and thus treatment.
