What Causes Swelling And Inflammation In The Testicles?

dr Rynne, preciate yur thime sir,,, in highschool , when we looked at the cheerleaders behind too long we got what we called blue balls , remember?,,, well somethings going on down there and it feels like that only on steroids. in just the last year, i noticed when my wife would (shes a cutie) get me aroused , i would sweel up one if not both of the tesicles and now, its so much worse, i dont know wha to think,,, i actually went to my family care and the doc on duty actually told me,, as in admitting, he has no right what so ever to wear that lab coat,, he told me he didnt know what the 2 tube like structures running on each side of my scrotum and into my abdomen... theyre both terribly inflammed, hard as a brick, and the tubes dip down and around the penis root and into the sack where its ungodly pain from hell. as i remember, the highschool problem only affected the testicles, this has got me worried,,, these tubes or filling up or swelling daily around evening,, i can count on it,,,, it never fails if i get to thinkin about my lovely wife either. its not a hernia, i had one where one of the tubes crosses over on the eft,, and one 2 yrs later on the right,,, they opened me up snipped it out and put a mesh in,,,, i hope its not something to with tht,, i can distinctly feel these 2 tubes , rolling my fingers over them,, theyre huge, they seem to be as round as my finger when totaly inflammed... God bless, i hope youve heard of this before so i can stop thinking im going crazy...

In all probability, you are having acute Epididimo-orchitis, both sides. you will require a course of antibiotics, scrotal support bandage or belt, and rest. If the inflammation has been persisting since a long time, investigations need to be done as to the exact cause of the condition. You would have to consult an Urologist for examination and treatment.
