Hello
After reading your concern I think you are suffering from Vaginitis.

Vaginitis is the inflammation of vagina which leads to swelling, pain, discharge and itching.

However A sexually transmitted disease may also be to blame. See your practitioner if your swelling is severe or persists, to rule out a vaginal infection or an STD.

I would suggest you to do

1. Cold compress. A cold compress can help ease the swelling. Wrap ice cubes or a cold pack in a soft, clean towel and place it on the swollen area. The cooling sensation can bring you immediate relief.

2. Don’t Scratch. If you have itching along with the swelling, don’t scratch. Scratching can make the problem worse because if you have an infection, itching may cause the infection to spread.

3. Avoid Irritants. Allergies can cause swelling, so avoid irritants until it goes down. Irritants can include scented soaps, bubble bath, deodorants and douching products. It’s best to avoid douching in the first place because it can disrupt your vagina’s pH balance and lead to infections.

I hope this information solves your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Thanks
