What Causes Swelling And Inflammation On The Face?

I am homeopathic doctor from mumbai settled in Bharuch since last 20yrs. Since last 3 yrs i develop swelling with burning redness only on face starts in March till october esp.with heat I cannot stay there for more than 3days .As soon as I reach mumbai swelling subsides in 2-3 days. a short of type IV hypersensitive reaction. Dermat. in mumbai diagnosed as ATOPIC DERMATITIS with allergy contact dermatitis. I am using EUCERIN eczema cream tried almost all 2nd generation antihistamine loratidine, levocetrizine rupatidine etc. no relief except coming back to mumbai.I am in south mumbai where can I get allergy patch test done etc and subsequent immunotherapy

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to atopic dermatitis.

I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine.

I also suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.
