General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be osteoarthritis.

let me know do you have history of injury or sprain?

for pain you can take tab. tylenol. Apply diclofenac gel and heating pads.

To confirm diagnosis kindly do MRI knee after consultation.

Use knee caps. avoid squatting position. use support while walking.

in case of not getting relief you may require steroid injection after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
