I got married 6 years ago and have had a good sexual life. For past few months reasons not know to me, I have got a very tight foreskin and while trying to retract it during masturbation or sexual intercourse my foreskin got damaged and got scars on it. It tends to even bleed some times if I force it. It itches like hell sometimes forcing me to itch which cause further swelling. I normally use coconut oil on it and try to stretch but fail.Please tell me what s the solution. Do I need circumcision as the final solution or any antibiotic or cream would help.I am in trouble seeking your advice.
