What Causes Swelling And Lumps At The Back Of Throat?

I burnt my throat smoking crystal meth from a glass pipe and now there s little bumps on the back of my throat its swollen and its blocking the airway a little bit .the pain is so severe 6 Advil more even numb it. what can I do? I m not smoking it anymore today is the 3rd day and it seems to be getting worse..

As per your complain it seems that swelling and lumps at the back.of throat with severe pain and choking seems to be probably due to 2 reasons:
1.It is due to thermal burns in throat caused due to heat and irritation with chemicals due to smoking meth..
2.It can also be due to allergic reaction..
I would suggest you to consult an. Hi and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help..
As of now you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen/Advil..
If pain is severe higher painkillers like TRAMADOL can be taken..
Take soft and semisolid diet..
Drink plenty of water..
The Physician can also advise you Steroid and painkiller injection for faster relief..
