What Causes Swelling And Numbness In The Fingertips?

I cut my finger last night, about 24 hrs ago. It bled for about 30 min . I ran it under water, dried off, applied antibiotic crime and bandage. Now it looks better, but it s not closed. I m wondering if it s too late to get stitches or liquid stitches. No sign of infection, but swelling and numb at fingertip

get examined by surgeon and if requered stitches can be given. clean by steril swab. inj tt to be taken and for procedure asceptic measure is to be taken.
