General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to local inflammation caused by trauma and complicated by infection locally so it's better to get it reviewed by a general surgeon as it may need incision and drainage as well topical and oral antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or coamoxiclav etc.

Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

It should also be reviewed for any possibility of any allergic reaction or poisonous material or any part of thorn left. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
