I wasin the Army Rangers for 7 years and ran all the time. I have had knee pain but it seems to have subsided over the past few months. I have decreased my flour intake and sugar intake.I am on my feet a lot and I sllep in my truck upright frequently.I m thinking its just a circulation issue. Tom
I advice you to, - Analgesics (Acetaminophen) twice & tab. Seropeptidase thrice daily - Take any antacid along with each dose - Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin as they might slow down the healing process - Bed rest & don't overstrain the affected area - Ice pack to relieved of pain & swelling - Elevate of the foot end - Check Xray of ankle joint if needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
